Memorial to Martin Bates.

This site is dedicated to the memory of Martin Bates.

Martin died suddenly in his sleep on the 14th May 2008. He was on holiday and staying with his Mum in her home on the island of Gozo. His Mum, Jocelyn and brothers Ian and Philip miss him dearly. He was laid to rest in the village of Xaghra on Gozo on 21st May 2008. A Memorial Service for Martin will be held at 2pm on Saturday 26th July. The service will be held in St Andrew's (Rugby parish church) followed by a celebration for Martin in a function room nearby (starting at about 2:30pm). The family have started this page as a means for people to leave their condolences. He will always be remembered by all his friends and family.
